I had a first consultation with Isa and although the experience was not too bad I do feel that for what I was charged the experience could have been more constructive and better. I was looking for a therapist to talk to in person however I was only told at the end of the session that Isa might move and would only proceed with online sessions. I do think this is an important factor to communicate at the start, as I would have not booked a session if that was the case. I also feel like time and how many minutes have passed, was highly made noticeable. This can make a situation a bit awkward and make you feel rushed rather than at ease.
