The therapist's way of working was clearly explained. I have had negative experiences in therapy before, and the therapist's explanations helped me to feel safe. After some initial anxiety, I found it easy to talk to the therapist. I did not expect to gain much from my first session, but in fact I left with some new insights and different ways of thinking about my problems.
