Had my first session with Andreas. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified my core issues and the approach to help me move forward. I didn't expect that the first session would give me any help, that it would just be a Introductory session. This wasn't the case. Andreas provided me with some useful techniques already which I have been applying. The first session was above expectations and very helpful.

If I could give Andreas more stars I would! I can honestly say that he saved my life, but he would say otherwise. I have had quite a lot of therapy privately and through the NHS and working with Andreas helped me overcome a lot of my issues quite quickly because of the way he works. When I visited Andreas I didn't feel like our sessions were based on numbers, there wasn't a set formula on how to treat to me and we went at my pace. Which felt very different from the other approaches I had come across before, he actually listened! Andreas has this incredible calming, kind and compassionate aura which makes the sessions easier (even though therapy isn't easy) to express yourself. You set the pace and what is spoken about. The conversation flows and you don't feel as if you're being probed or pushed to divulge any information. When I first visited Andreas I was a mere shell but he has helped me put myself back together, understand why I feel the way I do, helped me with acceptance and guided me out of a very dark place. I will be forever grateful to Andreas for saving my life, I will not ever go to another therapist now that I have found him and I'm sure I'll be back for a little top up session down the line. Thank you SO much, I cannot put into words how grateful I am.
