I was initially worried about starting therapy but Wongani soon put me at ease and I found her to be Insightful and calming. Looking forward to our next session.
I felt Wongani talked a little too much.. she seemed to me a little bit pushy. But I did take away a positive, which was too look after my own needs a little bit more, so I will try to remember that.
