I have nothing but great things to say about Simon - an outstanding therapist with unlimited compassion and a huge heart. His delivery is fantastic; has a beautiful way of saying things and telling you what you need to hear (not always what you want to hear!) and it’s very evident that he cares and wants to see you do well. I never felt judged, embarassed or ashamed when speaking with Simon, he really does put you at ease and creates such a safe space so effortlessly. Working with Simon was one of the few times I’ve really felt I could let all my walls down and speak openly and freely about everything, there were lots of tears and also laughter! Always finished the sessions feeling like a weight had been lifted and with a positive outlook. Nothing was ever too much and he was incredibly flexible, always worked to ensure the time and date worked for me. The sessions are rather personable and never felt clinical, it was like talking to a close friend. I honestly cannot put into words how thankful I am to Simon, he is utterly inspiring and a pleasure to know. I am incredibly thankful to him and the time spent - I was actually quite sad to no longer need regular sessions as I really enjoyed them! (If this is the right word!). I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, he really is the total package and the person you’d want to work with during those difficult times!

Simon is so patient and understanding, I’ve only had 2 sessions with him, but within those sessions he has helped me a lot, he knows what to say and how to get you to think about things and understand how to channel your feelings, he’s seems like he’s not one to sugar coat things which is exactly the kind of person i need to help me and knows how to make you also feel good about yourself aswell. I look forward to continuing with him.
