Didn’t understand for some reason how health issues can wreak havoc on your mental health and even asked “how can I help you?” When I mentioned I’ve had suicidal thoughts from being in so much physical pain. Not super helpful suggestions on how to cope with the ongoing pain I experience or OCD. Very simplistic/obvious suggestions (distracting yourself, doing a hobby), and also just felt that she was questioning me as well. Not a positive experience and have decided to see another therapist in person through my insurance instead
