"Gareth was very engaging, obviously knew his subject and listened intently. I really enjoyed the experience as it gave me a great insight into emotions that I could relate nearly 100% to my partner. I will endeavour to encourage my partner to enrol in a consultation "

"Gareth is an outstanding therapist. He helped me through providing me with a deeper understanding of myself, alongside mindfulness and hypnotherapy sessions. He brings a rich understanding of the mind, years of experience and his own experiences into play which all complement his practice. The sessions had a strong impact on me and my mental health and helped me to redefine what I wanted to do with my life."

"I am feeling very optimistic. Gareth’s enthusiasm is contagious and I feel in powered that I am finally going to take control of my brain"

"Very much enjoyed my first session . Can’t wait for the next . "

"Gareth is knowledgeable, empathetic and goal-oriented. Talking to him alone made me feel positive. I look forward to having more sessions to learn from him so I can help myself. "

"I stopped due to financial issues but I got on with Gareth really well and learnt a lot of stuff like how the brain works"

"An excellent first two sessions . Look forward to a positive outcome. Thank you."

"Good initial consultation. Looking forward to getting started with the therapy next week. "

"Gareth was excellent "

"I had scrupulously reviewed my choices when looking for a therapist; we all require something slightly different. I was looking for someone holistic, scientific and sensical to me. I am so pleased at my choice. I felt at ease straight away. The conclusion after my first session was I felt lighter, calmer and would be able to have a satisfying journey to full health and wellbeing. "

"I am on session number 2 with Gareth and already I can feel the benefit of his guidance having an impact on my day to day life. "

"He was very attentive and honest and I got a genuine feeling of understanding from Gareth. By the end of our first session I was very relaxed and I am looking forward to a positive outcome for the help I require from Gareth"

"Really enjoyed the experience, it is clear Gareth is passionate about the mind and his work. Looking forward to see what comes of future sessions"

"Gareth is a friendly soul and a session with him is a good chat, but his session is to focused on educating instead of giving you tools and steps to help yourself. Has a bit of a school feel to it, which made it for me a painful hour to listen too and I therefore didnt look forward to the next session. I saw Gareth as a professional all the way untill I had to depart from his therapy where to my dissapointment Gareth was more worried about Harley Therapy's rating algorithm, which would affect his ratings than how I was feeling as his patient and not even wishing me good luck or enquiring to why I was leaving. "
Harley Therapy commented

I am sorry you have chosen to write these words after I did not authorise Harley Therapy to refund you after you missed yet another session (twice that particular session had been rescheduled and you tried to get the refund 48 hours after missing the session with no word not 48 hours notice to cancel before the session as you were contracted with Harley Therapy). Please be reminded that I had already accommodated two other last-minute cancellations and no-shows and had refunded or rescheduled to help you. To say that I don't care about you or my customer-patients is simply not true, I'm sure you'll see this from my other reviews. To also criticise the format we engaged in only after your refund was refused is disingenuous compared to the positive emails and texts you sent me and the previous positive review you had left. In fact, it is libel but I am not allowed to ask for it to be taken down, I can only reply to you as I am doing here. You will find in our emails and texts very positive responses written by you to the sessions and process we engaged in. My session notes also concur. You actively and enthusiastically engaged with the information being offered and you were taught several techniques to help overcome your issues including Self Hypnosis, Breathing Exercises, Solution Focused Mindfulness, The Power of The Positive Three, Daily Solution Focused Mantras and many more. You were actually doing very well, it was a shame you found it difficult to turn up to sessions and I really tried to help you with that even. I am a mental health support professional and I care. To say otherwise is just not true. Once you had missed the last session and not contacted me directly to tell me you were cancelling, I was contract-bound by Harley Therapy not to contact you directly any more. Now that you have contacted me here, I am allowed to say I am sorry that things didn't work out and I truly wish you all the best. Should you wish to contact me directly to tell me what happened, you know I would be caring and considerate.

"One word , amazing . Gareth's approach was out of this world . I came in feeling so low and confused within a few sessions I started feeling myself . Thank you "

"Felt very comfortable "

"Great first session. Got a good first impression and a in-depth introduction of him and his method which gave me a good a idea of where we'll start and what the end goal is. After the session I felt certain of things sorting it self out in the long run. Looking forward for our future session and to follow my own progress. -Bjarke. "
