I am an experienced accredited Psychotherapist registered with the UK Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP) and CTA. I have completed an MSc in psychotherapy (with Distinction) at the Metanoia Institute London and have worked in a variety of settings including several years for Mind. I offer psychotherapy and coaching for individuals, couples, families and groups for a wide range of issues. I am DBS checked and practice within the UKCP ethical code for Psychotherapists.

Effective therapy can significantly improve physical as well as mental well-being and relationships, creating greater happiness and a brighter future. My approach is relational and based on the latest neuroscientific research for healing. This will involve providing respect, compassion and curiosity within a confidential, non judgemental safe space, as we work together to resolve the issues impacting your life and relationships.

I specialise in working with;

-Anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks and phobias.

-Overwhelming feelings (including; anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, worry, loneliness, emptiness and insecurity).

-Suicidal ideation
-Injustice and betrayal.
-Sleeping issues and insomnia.

-Issues relating to eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia) and weight control

-Relationship difficulties for couples or families wanting to resolve unhelpful patterns and cycles of conflict that are impacting the relationship as well as issues around trust, betrayal and separation and divorce.

The initial session is 1 hour and follow on sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions can be short-term or long-term and by video (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp), Telephone or face to face.
