Taking the step to access therapy is not easy, and treatment itself is tough, but I will work with you to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. I will put just as much effort into therapy as you do, this is a two-way relationship. What you'll get from me is a mix of compassion and straight talking. Our sessions will give you a new insight as well as practical coping strategies. With 10 years experience, I specialise in helping those with long-term and complex symptoms.

To introduce myself, I’m Hannah and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have extensive experience providing therapy for depression and all common anxiety symptoms - generalised anxiety disorder (gad), panic disorder, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (ocd), post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd).
I also work with addictions (alcoholism and drug abuse), bipolar, anger management, low self-esteem, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, work-related stress, body dysmorphia and relationship issues.

I am eager to make therapy accessible to all clients, and as such have for a long time delivered therapy not just face to face, but also via telephone, video-call and live type-chat therapy.

When I had my training, I was told my job is to make myself redundant – to teach a client what they need to continue without me – and that has continued to be my approach. I look forward to working together with you to help you achieve your goals.
