It is free to sign up and there is no subscription fee, so you only pay for successful referrals. We operate with transparency; clients can view all therapists on the platform easily and free of charge, before making their own decision about booking therapy. Our therapists are informed of how and where their profile shows in search results.

Can I join?

In order to join the community, therapists must be registered to at least one of the following accredited bodies: AC, ACAT, ACC, ACP, ADMP, BABCP, BACP, BPC, COSCA, COSRT, HCPC, NCAC, NMC, UKCP, UKAHPP, UKATA, ICF, BPS, BICA, IACP, GMC, IAHIP, BAMT, PTUK, BAPT, RC PSYCH, BAAT, BADTH, PSI, APECS, EMDR UK, NCPS, HS, APCP, ISST, and AP (PREVIOUSLY SMMGP/FDAP).

Providing clients with the highest standards of care once they have taken the first step to seek therapeutic support is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore we require the following from all of our therapists:

  • Keeping your availability updated - We require therapists to keep their calendars up to date. We want to make sure that every person who takes the first step to start therapy gets an appointment at the time and place they have booked for.
  • Speedy responses - We alert you to a new enquiry by SMS and email so that you can confirm new appointments (with the click of a button) within 24 hours. It is important for our users to receive a response to their appointment bookings as quickly as possible, in order to prepare for their sessions.
